What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Athlete assigned on induction sorter when sorter stopped. Athlete then left the sorter to clear jam. Athlete climbed up gray ladder near panda line and reached over with their left hand to grab shirt item from farthest tray when they felt a sharp pain in their lower back area. Athlete climbed down the ladder carefully and went back to the induct sorter and continued sorting until lunch time at [REDACTED]. Athlete took their scheduled lunch and returned to mid-shift standup. After stand-up commenced at [REDACTED] athlete informed Induction Lead they’d “tweaked” their back but would stay and continue to work. Athlete informed Supervisor they did not inform Induction Lead right away because they felt as though they could continue to work. At [REDACTED] athlete partnered with Safety Team and informed of safety incident. Athlete requested ibuprofen from Safety Manager at [REDACTED] & completed incident report.
