Loading an APC on a truck on the dock area.

What happened

Mail handler while loading the [REDACTED] Busse and [REDACTED] truck states I was loading APC 's and after I put the last few on I turned around and twisted my leg. Once I took another step and put my leg down I started feeling pain in my left knee. I tried to finish loading my last truck but was in too much pain.
