What happened

On [REDACTED] I [REDACTED] was involved in a accident a car hit me and I lost control of the LLV. I 'm not sure where the vehicle who hit me went. I dialed [REDACTED] and two bystanders came help me. I was on my way back to [REDACTED]. exiting [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. The truck that hit me was red. and they fled. The police arrived and asked what happened. The ambulance arrived and transported me to Memorial Herman Medical Center. [REDACTED] seen me on [REDACTED] and she came up to assist me I tried calling my station Supervisor but the phone went to voice mail. I did not know anyone number at [REDACTED].
