What happened

At Approximately [REDACTED] during a follow up security project visit I began inspecting the perimeter fence top guard work of the security project. I reached over to attempt to dismantle the barbed wire from the fence post. As I pulled up on the barbed wire the wire fell loose and caused me to puncture my left hand finger with the razor wire top guard.
