FTR TTO states that on [REDACTED] he was exiting his tractor and as he was standing on the top step facing the inside of the tractor he had his left hand on the door handle and his right hand on the right side handle. As he started to step down he realized that he had missed a step. He tried to catch his self but all of his weight landed on his right knee. He pulled his self up and felt pain but nothing to be concerned about. He states that the [REDACTED] he had pain in his knee and had to bandage it. He states that by [REDACTED] he could not bend his knee. He went to the orthopedic doctor on [REDACTED] and had an x ray and an MRI.
