Carrier was delivering to [REDACTED] when a dog came from around the bushes with the owner on the premises yell out the dog name carrier stop and the owner told him he does not bite carrier proceeded it to back away when the dog launch at him bitte him on his left flank of his back he called us I went out there with the post master safety captain and called the dog warden and police came out the owner did have papers and vaccination for the dog carrier went to the urgent care
