What happened

employee was at the [REDACTED] post office unloading and loading the trailer to return to [REDACTED]. While employee was pulling an APC to put on the trailer the top shelf of the APC wasn 't secure the shelf fell down striking him in the face across the bridge of his nose. employee then fell to the pavement in pain. he stayed down for a while to gather his composure before he was able to stand on his feet.
