In the process of lifting the trailer door.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] while lifting trailer door. The trailer door jammed and got stuck while lifting it. At that time employee felt a sharp pain heard a pop in my left side lower back with a pain going down my left leg. I reported to my supervisor and he took me to the emergency room.
