On [REDACTED] Distribution Clerk was sorting the parcels in the parcel area. As she was walking with a large parcel to [REDACTED] 's hamper she was unaware of a bag full of SPRS on the ground next to the PASS machine. Her foot got caught on the bag and she lost her balance. As she was falling she quickly responded by using her hands to catch her fall. She landed on her left wrist in a bad position.
