What happened

I was walking up to address and there was a dog tied to a tree. Pulling the rope then it broke off the rope and charged right for me. I lowered my bag but the dog hit me with this body and pushed my knee back till it popped. The dog ran around me and I blocked the bite with my bag. That 's when the dog owner came out and made the dog go in the house.
