Rural carrier returned from her route the supervisor was busy so she sent a text to the rural supervisor and stated while she was delivering her route at approximately [REDACTED] she was getting into her postal vehicle using her right leg first and as she pivoted to sit something snapped in her right knee that caused pain. As she continued to work and do the same movement she kept feeling the pain.
