What happened

At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Regular Carrier informed me that she fell while delivering mail. She said after entering a business the floor felt sticky and she tripped and fell. She fell at [REDACTED] She said she sat there for a while when it happened came back to the station to report it. I was not able to inspect the area where she fell.
