What happened

carrier states dog attempted to attack her when she pulled up to BMC tactical the dog ran out of building barking aggressively chasing her back to her vehicle. she attempted to close her vehicle door dog forcefully held her door open and was partially in her vehicle preventing her from driving away. the dog continued to bark aggressively and was trying to get into her vehicle through the owner 's legs. carrier had a panic attack and now has headaches and cannot physically work due to this incident.
