What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] automation clerk came to my office. Clerk asked me for medical supplies and showed me an open wound on her left wrist. Clerk said she was working in automation and moving a rack when her left wrist got caught between two letter racks. She stated that she wants to go to [REDACTED] emergency room. She decided to drive herself to the hospital. Clerk states there were no witnesses.
