What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Postal Police Officer came to CPPF to inform me that employee had suffered a Seizure at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] in the Break Area. I went with Postal Police Officer and Shop Steward to where he was located at when we arrived at [REDACTED] he was sitting down and [REDACTED] was attending to him he refused to go to the Hospital despite The Shop Stewards and Myself advice at [REDACTED] his vitals were taken [REDACTED] said his vitals were good. At [REDACTED] he left of his own free will and he was escorted by his friend home.
