What happened

Full time mail handler came to me [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] and said that she had hurt her back. She said that one of the trailers that we are loading into on the loading back at the [REDACTED] has very rusted glides and also broken hindges where the side ways flats that make up the doors meet. She stated that when its about half way open she has to force the door to open and its been getting harder and harder. She stated that the truck drivers have been alterted but nothing has been done about the trailer as of yet. Trailer number U82945
