What happened

employee states that around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] St he was cutting the grass to save time and stepped in a small pothole on the lawn. Carrier states he hyperextended his left knee he continued on his route. He felt a little pain in his knee until he reached [REDACTED] From that point the pain in his knee increated in severity until it was pretty painful. He completed his whole route then returned to the office Upon exiting the vehicle he was on severe pain and putting weight on it. He was ir severe paon when putitng weight on his ;eft knee.
