On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] F T T-1 mail handler notified T-1 SDO that he had injured his right shoulder [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED]. He stated that he did not notify his A SDO. He said that he had pain in his right shoulder from manually sleeving letter trays in the AAA outgoing [REDACTED] area. He did not seek any medical treatment in the four days after he felt the pain. He did request medical treatment on [REDACTED] and went to AdventHealth East Orlando Emergency Dept.
