What happened

Employee walked over to a stack of pallets by the ADUS to grab a pallet for the OG circle. The stack of pallets was behind a six foot box. As employee was stepping back with the pallet she stepped in front of Mail Handler that was pushing a BMC of OG mail. The bottom of the BMC hit employee in the back of her right ankle.
