[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was traveling on his route on [REDACTED] near the [REDACTED] exit when his tractor was struck head on by a way driver. Tractor 0610384 sustained major front end damage. POV sustained major front end damage. [REDACTED] sought medical on his own for a fractured left wrist. Female POV driver and two children transported via EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Highway shut down while accident and spilled fuel cleaned up. To other vehicles involved. Light pole also knocked over following the collision.
