What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] MVO was traveling eastbound on the [REDACTED] enroute to [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] when he was rear ended while driving in the middle lane. MVO was traveling about 15MPH due to traffic when he was struck by the POV. MVO was taken to the hospital for medical attention. Police was called to the scene and never arrived. Several call attempts to [REDACTED] was conducted. The POV was able to drive the vehicle from the scene. There were no damages to the 7 ton. The POV has front end damage.
