What happened

Employee suffered injury to right eye due to parcel being rolled over by forklift operator. Parcel had fallen out of gaylord box landing on the dock unknown to forklift operator. As forklift operator maneuvered on dock and backed up he accidently rolled over parcel. Box exploded open and contents fell into air liquid - men 's grooming products. Dock expeditor was in the area when the liquid dust and particles flew into the air. Medical was offered and accepted.
