What happened

On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] employee was casing my route and retrieved spurs and parcels and went back to the case. When employee turned back to the case it felt like someone stabbed in the back. Employee could not bend or move very well but did best to finish the day. Had to leave the [REDACTED] due to worsening pain.
