What happened

Employee was walking from [REDACTED] thru the wet freshly cut grass to [REDACTED] Upon turning around to descend down the step concrete only caught the edge of the second to the last step with my right foot and slid down missing the last step falling on my left knee cap. I didnt think I feel that hard but it started to swell and hurt as I continued to walk the rest of my route.
