He had just finished delivering the block heading back to his vehicle.

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I was speaking to a male that was walking two dogs. As I was approaching my truck the white dog broke loose from his leash. When he broke from his leash he ran toward me and attacked me. The white dog bit my stomach. I fought the dog off and got into the back of my truck. The white elderly male asked if the dog broke my skin. I told him no. I told him to wait because I wanted his information. I told him the dog bite still hurts and before I got back out the man took off with his dogs.
