Dumping mail in gaylord on dumper at APBS

What happened

While operating the dumper at the APBS Mail Handler was hit in the nose from a pallet that slid down the dumper and bumped her in the nose. She reported it to Supervisor and requested to go to doctor to get it looked at since it was sore. She clocked out and went to get it looked at. She was given a clearance from medical staff with a return to work the [REDACTED]. She reported to work as scheduled. No other issues. Employee filled out a [REDACTED]-1 for reimbursement of medical visit to get evaluated.
