What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a PSE postal employee was doing dispatch when she tried to put a large parcel into an APC. It was too heavy for her and it fell and hit her left hand causing her hand to bend backwards which hurt her left wrist. She informed her supervisor [REDACTED] and wrote a statement and filled out a form saying she wanted medical attention at this time. He gave her the appropriate paperwork and then she went to her doctor.
