DOG BITE - [REDACTED] Carrier was bitten by a dog on the right leg that had broken free from its restraint and was dragging it 's chain with it. The dog bite incident occurred at [REDACTED] but the dog did not belong at that address so there was no scanner alert nor dog warning card for the dog at this location. The carrier did have dog spray on their person but was unable to use it in time due to the unexpected nature of the event. Animal Control found the dog still roaming around but the dog did not have a tag or a chip so it 's place of residence is unknown. The carrier did seek medical.
