What happened

[REDACTED] noticed pain shooting down on her right shoulder down to her elbow when she was returning from the route. Throughout the night the pain was extreme. [REDACTED] the pain was severe. There was nothing that physically caused the pain. It may be repetitive motion. Parcels were normal some heavy but did not notice sudden pain when lifting any of those packages. The dolly was used for the heavier parcels.
