What happened

City carrier pulled the loop attached to the roll up door on the LLV to close it after loading. The door came down faster and harder than she was expecting and she did not get her hand out of the way in time before the door smashed her finger number 2 and finger number 3 on her right hand cutting one finger and severely bruising the other.
