What happened

Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was inducting on the LOCUS. I was inducting out of a birdcage. When I got to the bottom section of the birdcage I opened the front gate. I bent my knees into a squat because the package I was reaching for was in the back of the birdcage. I extended my arms fully from my squatted position. When I began pulling the package towards me I got a sharp pain in my neck. The pain is beginning to travel down my back and into my left shoulder.
