The athlete was performing normal duty task and as they were counting bulk a location full of shirts caved in and crush the athlete 's shoulder. The athlete found a lead right away and was swiftly brought to Safety. First aid was immediately provided with ice & ibuprofen. The athlete requested to self-care shortly after due to radiating pain. On [REDACTED] the athlete requested additional medical care and was prescribed medications and restrictions making this an recordable event. On [REDACTED] the athlete was prescribed restrictions the team couldn 't accommodate until they were released full-duty on [REDACTED].
