AT APPROXIAMATLY [REDACTED] ON [REDACTED] employee WAS CASING MAIL AND WAS TURNING AROUND TO THROW PLASTIC IN THE RECYCLING BIN AND FELT A SHARP PAIN IN their BACK. They BEGAN TO STRETCH AND REST TO SEE IF THE PAIN WOULD GO AWAY BUT STILL COULD NOT MAKE TWISTING MOVEMENTS WITHOUT THE SHARP BACK PAIN. They THEN NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT AT APPROXIMATELY [REDACTED] THAT they NEEDED TO GO TO CONCENTRA.
