Employee was working on [REDACTED] as a loader. While loading a wire filled with bundles a bundle came down towards the employee. Her instant reflex was to block the bundle from hitting her on her face with her left hand. As she tried blocking the bundle it came down onto her left inner palm. The impact caused her hand to swell up and bruise.
