What happened

On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] employee was having a struggle with the sliding door on truck. Carrier finally slammed it closed after a few hours back shoulder was starting to hurt. When carrier got home and showered the pain in shoulder upper back and arm was excruciating. could not hardly move my arm.
