What happened

Employee has a history of not wanting to follow instructions of management. Employee was upset with supervisor giving him instructions and asked to see a shop steward he later returned with a leave slip that said anxiety. The employee came into the Postal Service with anxiety and it 's only a problem when he doesn 't get his way. This is not a job-related injury. This time [REDACTED] he called the police on a supervisor for advising him of how long his breaks are supposed to be. Employee has filed a CA-2 claiming anxiety caused by work
