Employee was lifting a parcel from the top of a pallet that would not fit under the safety bar in the up ender.

I was loading on side two of the [REDACTED] machine. I was trying to remove boxes from the top of a pallet that was too tall approximately 7 ft. tall to load into an up ender. As I was lifting a slightly heavier box around 10 lbs. and maybe 22 inches long down I felt a pop in my upper back below my shoulder blades. it is causing me some pain but my biggest concern is that it is difficult to take a deep breath. The pain is worse when moving or stretching. This happened at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The pain was immediate bilateral and in mid to upper back region described as below the bra strap.

Back including spine and dorsal vertebrae-Center- Sprain Strain Twist

a 22 inch long parcel weighing approximately 10 lbs.

Thoracic strain muscle spasm to mid-back.
