What happened

Employee states that she felt lightheaded and decided to go to the restroom. On her way to the restroom she says she felt dizzy and fell to the floor. She then said she proceeded to get up and fell once again. When she got to the restroom she noticed her chin was bleeding from the fall. When questioning employee about how the fall occurred she stated that she is currently on antibiotics and did not eat anything [REDACTED].
