What happened

On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] while unloading a queen size mattress from the back of the [REDACTED] the weight shifted and as he stepped back he tripped over the curb at [REDACTED] falling on his backside and the package fell on top of him. Everything seemed fine in the moment however after the adrenaline wore off he noticed a pain in his upper back below the shoulder blade on the right side and noticed difficulties getting a full breath.
