What happened

[REDACTED] while on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. I was driving down [REDACTED] and the truck clipped a tree branch that was over hanging in the street. the branch swung back and hit me across the face. My eyes and head were hurting and I felt a little dozed. I pulled over for a couple of minutes until I Felt safe to drive and continue the route. I contacted management to let her know what happened. No damage to Postal vehicle.
