TTO driving tractor # 1610235 attached to trailer [REDACTED] stated that while performing trip #A7882 heading to [REDACTED] while traveling on the middle lane due to the inclement weather the tractor and the trailer hydroplane on [REDACTED] heading west before [REDACTED] TTO lost control of the tractor and the trailer and jackknifed causing severe damage to the tractor cab and front bumper when he made contact with the metal barrier.
