On the [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] hrs. MVS Driver was securing mail on trailer 33548C0033 in dock door 48 when he stepped on the dock plate he felt the trailer move at that time [REDACTED] was hooking up that trailer and he performed a trailer tug to make the tractor and trailer were hooked the trailer was pulled about three feet from the dock and TTO standing on the dock plate fell to the ground from the dock plate TTO had hooked to the wrong trailer should 've hooked to trailer 33548C0035 in dock door 49.
