What happened

The clerk removed the safety pin prematurely on the parcel sorting machine and the wheel rolled over an small object causing a jerk to the container which caused the lid which is spring loaded to stay in the up position to come down and strike one of the feeders on the right side of her head before it moved back up causing minor cut to the front right side of the head.
