Employee on [REDACTED] was unloading a truck on door 36 at [REDACTED] when all of a sudden she saw black smoke coming out from one of the hose and therefore got into her eyes. Looks like the hose malfunctioned and broke allowing the fumes to get into her face where the employee did not have enough time to get out of the way.
