[REDACTED] SAID ON [REDACTED] [REDACTED] WHILE DELIVERING MAIL AT [REDACTED] I FELL IN A POT HOLE ATTEMPTING TO GET BACK INTO MY WORK VEHICLE. I WAS NOT SUPPLIED WITH PROPER EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO DO MY JOB IN THE DARK. I CALLED SUPERVISOR ON DUTY [REDACTED] AND NOTIFIED HIM OF MY INCIDENT. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL DUE TO INJURIES ON MY LEFT KNEE AND PAIN TO MY RIGHT ANKLE.
