What happened

on [REDACTED] i reported to the PM supervisors that i was in an incident while delivering mail on my route. I was at [REDACTED] when a customers dog came out of the house an charged me. I jumped from the porch to evade the dog. the dog ran in between my legs causing me to fall on my knees. I went to the emergency room on the [REDACTED]
