On [REDACTED] CCA reported to Supervisor that on [REDACTED] she was casing mail on Rte. 85073 and felt pain on her back. She took a break and rest but pain came back during the day while delivering mail on mounted streets. She was provided paperwork and went to Concentra medical Center for medical attention. CCA returned to work on [REDACTED] with 5lb lifting and pulling pushing.
