I was loading my trailer and a cage rolled back down and hit me om my left ankle I didn 't think the pain will get worst and on [REDACTED] as I was pulling APC and cages The pain got worst when I got back to [REDACTED] I notify my acting supervisor That I had pain on my ankle it shows that I have swelling and a ankle sprain and enthesophytes at the Achilles and plantar tendon insertions on my left ankle.
