What happened

I did my job delivering the package and although it was heavy in the midst of it I saw it said team lift on it and I should 've taken it back to the station but I wanted to finish my job. I just think I pulled or strained a muscle picking it up. In my back and I need my back for pushing pulling and even walking. It 's my lower back I just can 't bend over and pick up anything. I have a hard time putting on my socks now! My primary care doctor will have the results [REDACTED] when she comes.
