What happened

Statement: On [REDACTED] at or around [REDACTED] while unloading my truck at [REDACTED] walking from my truck it was getting dark and I was carrying letter trays and I was tripped up by litter in the parking lot and fell. I dropped the letter trays and put my right hand out to brace my fall. When I landed I felt a sharp pain in my right shoulder and both knees. I sat there for a few minutes to get mu bearings. I continued to unload my truck and informed the Supervisor I hurt myself.
